Guild Ranks Defined
Guild Leader
The Guild Leader is responsible for reviewing all applications both internal and external, resolving conflicts, inviting and removing players, maintaining the Guild Bank and various other duties. The Guild Leader has the final say in all disputes, removals, invites, reviews, guidelines, outside guild affiliations, etc. The Guild Leader is in constant contact with the Officers via Officer Forums, Officer Chat, MSN, and Ventrillo to discuss events and issues as they come up and figure out solutions. The Guild Leader is available to all members and potentional members of the guild. The Guild Leader will be responsible for running all raids unless an Officer is appointed to do so. The Guild Leader can make any changes at anytime without notice, however if major changes will be made a guild meeting will be called and notice will be posted on the forums.
Officer
Officers are loyal and outstanding Core Raiders that have some leadership responisbilites. Officers are in constant contact with the Guild Leader and other Officers via Officer Forums, Officer Chat, MSN, and Ventrillo to discuss events and issues as they come up and figure out solutions. Officers will lead raids in the absence of the Guild Leader both for main and secondary raids and distribute loot per the Guild Loot System. Officers assist the Guild Leader in Recruiting new members and setting up off night raids and events. If an Officer needs to take a leave of absence for a period not to exceed two weeks or five (5) raids, whichever is shorter, they will be demoted to Casual status and thier Alts removed until they return. If an Officer takes a leave of absense for a period of one week or three (3) raids, whichever is shorter, without advising the Guild Leader and posting in the appropriate forum they will be placed On Notice and their Alts removed. If they have not returned during the notice period they will be immediately removed. Officers are responsible for following all Guild Guidelines without bias and favoritism. If an Officer fails to comply with the Guild Guidelines, has behavioral issues, or poor attendance they will be placed "On Notice". Extreme actions will be grounds for immediate removal.
Trial Officer
Trial Officers are loyal and outstanding Core Raiders that have minimal leadership responisbilites. Trial Officers are in constant contact with the Guild Leader and other Officers via Officer Forums, Officer Chat, MSN, and Ventrillo to discuss events and issues as they come up and figure out solutions. If a Trial Officer needs to take a leave of absence for a period not to exceed two weeks or five (5) raids, whichever is shorter, they will be demoted to Casual status and thier Alts removed until they return. If a Trial Officer takes a leave of absense for a period of one week or three (3) raids, whichever is shorter, without advising the Guild Leader and posting in the appropriate forum they will be placed On Notice and their Alts removed. If they have not returned during the notice period they will be immediately removed. Trial Officers are responsible for following all Guild Guidelines without bias and favoritism. If a Trial Officer fails to comply with the Guild Guidelines, has behavioral issues, or poor attendance they will be placed "On Notice". Extreme actions will be grounds for immediate removal. The Trial Officer period will not be shorter than three (3) weeks or 12 raids whichever is longer but will not exceed six (6) weeks.
Core Raider
Core Raiders are members of the guild with outstanding performance, attendance, and guild participation. If a Core Raider fails to comply with the Guild Guidelines, has behavioral issues, or poor attendance they will be placed "On Notice". Extreme actions will be grounds for immediate removal. If a Core Raiding member needs to take a leave of absence for a period not to exceed two weeks or five (5) raids, whichever is shorter, they will be demoted to Casual status and thier Alts removed until they return. Core Raiders showing interest in a position as an Officer, should a position be available, must request an internal application from the Guild Leader.

If a raider fails to comply with the Guild Guidelines, has behavioral issues, or poor attendance they will be placed "On Notice". Extreme actions will be grounds for immediate removal. If a raiding member needs to take a leave of absence for a period not to exceed two weeks or five (5) raids, whichever is shorter, they will be demoted to Casual status and thier Alts removed until they return. If a raiding member takes a leave of absense for a period of one week or three (3) raids, whichever is shorter, without advising the Guild Leader or an Officer and posting in the appropriate forum they will be placed On Notice and their Alts removed. Excellent performance, attendance, and guild participation by a Raider can result in offer of promotion to the Core Raiding group.
Alt
Each of the Raiders, Core Raiders, Officers, and the Guild Leader are allowed to have one Alt for each level 80 they have in the guild. Casual members cannot have any Alts in the guild. Trial members may not have Alts in the guild until they successfully comeplete the trial period and have been promoted to Raider status, with exception to rare circumstances. Example: If one person has three level 80's they are allowed 3 low level alts, where a person who has only one level 80 and seven low level alts can only have one low level alt in the guild. Each Raider and Core Raider can change their main ONE (1) time. If the position is available and the Raid member wishes to change their main they must contact the Guild Leader for an internal application. If a replacement can be found for the original main and the application is accepted the original main will placed as an Alt and the alt will be placed on Trial. Once the trial period is complete, a review will be performed by the Guild Leader and Officers. In the event that the player's Alt performance is in need of improvement they will be given a one time offer to resume their previous main with the Raider rank or placed On Notice. This is the only time they will be allowed to go back to their previous main and rank. If the player is placed On Notice and fails to improve and impress they will be offered a position as a Casual, and their Alts will be removed wih exception to rare circumstances.
On Notice
For a period not to exceed one week, players that are on notice have until the end of this period to improve their performance. If at the end of this period they have not achieved the goal or goals set forth by the Guild Leader, they will be asked to leave. Some situations will warrant a "Casual" status within the guild, however this is rare. This rank is a player's last chance to resolve any issues before removal.
Casual
A "Casual" player is defined as a social player, friend, or family member of the guild. Though they are by no means raiders, they represent the guild and are expected to follow all of the Guild Guidelines as any other member. A Casual member may be immediately removed for behavior and misrepresentation of the guild with out notice. If a raiding position becomes availabe and Casual member is interested they must contact the Guild Leader for an internal application. If the Casual member's application is accepted they will be promoted to a "Trial" member. A Casual member will only be given one opportunity for advancement. If the member is demoted or given notice they will no longer be eligible for promotions within the guild and will remain a Casual, with the exception to rare circumstances.
Trial
New members will always start out as trials. This is a time for both the initiate member and guild to get to know each other. To advance in rank these players must be on time for each raid with zero tardiness or no shows unless otherwise cleared by the Guild Leader or Officers. Lack of performance during raids, participation in guild events, and misonduct is grounds for immediate dismissal. At the end of the trial period, two weeks or eight (8) raids whichever is shorter, the initiate's performance and behavior will be reviewed by the Guild Leader and Officers. If there is a desire for improvement the trial member will be put "On Notice" for a period not to exceed one week, to adjust any issues. After that time if improvement is not made then, depending on the situation, the trial member will either be asked to leave or offered a "Casual" status. If the initiate performs well, and participates as expected they will be promoted to "Raider" status.
